- Lettuce; Mascara and Antares Red Oakleaf varieties, Dark Green Romaine and Forellanschluss (a.k.a Flashy Trout Back) Cos Varieties. All of these lettuce varieties come from Wild Garden Seed in Oregon. Check out their site and catalog for many details and interesting essays.
